Ever since we launched our first putter, the Directed Force, golfers have been asking if we could make it less strange. The DF3 is that putter.

We've trimmed the original Lie Angle Balanced putter to make it smaller and sleeker, while still respecting the shape of the putter that started it all for us. The DF3 still has everything golfers love about the original. It stands square on its own. It's still irrationally forgiving of bad shots. But the DF3 will make the vast majority of golfers much happier because it places cleanly and feels and sounds like a dream. Lie Angle Balance is the new frontier of putting. It has the power to resurrect careers on tour and make putting fun for the rest of us. Scientifically, it makes more sense. But designing a Lie Angle Balanced putter? It's not that simple. Lie Angle Balance must be considered in every aspect of the design. And then, every L.A.B. putter... Golf putters, including the DF3, must be hand-balanced by a highly skilled and trained human.
